Shipping Information
Standard Delivery Times:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–14 business days
Please note that USPS delays or global shipping disruptions may occasionally affect transit times.
All orders ship via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling final delivery in the US.
- Orders typically ship the next business day.
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday (excluding US postal holidays).

Delivery Notes:
- If a package is refused or sent to an incorrect address, refunds are issued minus shipping costs after the item is returned.
- If the carrier marks the item as “delivered” but it goes missing afterward, the receiver is responsible. Ensure a safe delivery location, as no signature is required.

Return Policy for Physical Items
To qualify for a full refund, all Biodentix bottles (used, unused, or partially used, including bonus bottles) must be returned within 180 days of purchase.
Include a written note with:
- ClickBank Order ID
- Full name and shipping address
- Email address and phone number
- Original packing slip (if available)
Refunds are processed once items reach our fulfillment center and usually appear on your statement within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
International Orders
- $30 shipping fee per product (non-refundable)
